Every week there is a new restaurant/club that opens in LA, NYC, Chicago and/or Miami . What are the trends? What is it that these restaurateurs are really offering these days? Has it gone to far? Do we need to bring it back to the basics? On the other hand, will it evolve into some eating frenzy that leaves you hungry and aimlessly dancing at a crowded nightclub?
